Customer & technical services
Lavanett employs factory trained service technicians to service all types of dry cleaning, laundry and vended-operated laundry equipment, large or small. We have made a serious commitment to after sales service by sending our technicians to our manufacturer’s factories on a regular basis to further their technical knowledge and to update diagnostic and repair skills. This assures our customers that any technical issue can be addressed and resolved promptly.

With our commitment to service and our vast inventory of parts on hand and stocked in our service vehicles, there is never a service issue that cannot be dealt with and resolved within the least period of time.
Consulting & design
We offer consultation services to laundry, dry cleaning and vended laundry owner/operators on the design, redesign or modification of new facilities and renovations to existing sites. We can identify and solve plant or store design issues and provide valuable information and suggestions when updating existing plants, particularly when antiquated equipment must be replaced.
Our proposals will clearly identify crucial details, scope of work, floor layout, workload analysis, environmental safety, equipment/bid specification and return on investment.
The end result is a highly functional design that is essential to productivity, economy and efficiency in any laundry, dry cleaning or vended laundry application. With many options available, professional design and consultation is vital.
Pre-owned equipment
We are very discerning with the type of pre-owned equipment we sell and generally carry a good selection of used laundry and dry cleaning equipment.
Inventory levels of pre-owned equipment often fluctuate and most is sold with a warranty that reassures any potential buyer of our confidence with the history and condition of any piece of pre-owned equipment being offered.
